Discover the new addition to Halo Infinite that will delight fans of first-person shooter games: a mode inspired by Helldivers 2, created by passionate and talented fans.
Creators passionate about Forge
A group of Forge Falcons came together to create an unofficial game mode called Helljumpers, directly inspired by Helldivers 2. Using Halo Infinite’s powerful Forge game and map creator, these twelve creators managed to recreate Helldivers 2 experience by adding AI enemies and immersing players in a world of intense combat.
The teaser video revealed by the Forge Falcons shows part of the city map on which Helljumpers mode will take place, promising continued additions and changes during development. A full gameplay trailer is planned for May, with the mode releasing in June. Like any Forge project, Helljumpers will be completely free to download.
An immersive experience
Helljumpers is not just a simple mode, but aims to offer a complete experience as a game within the game, including a single-player campaign with an estimated duration of 2-3 hours. Forge Falcons promises carefully crafted cinematic events as well as an exclusive soundtrack for total immersion. Despite the absence of in-game music, players will be able to enjoy this original creation outside of their gaming session.
While waiting for the release of Helljumpers, Halo Infinite fans can immerse themselves in the all-new Operation Banished Honor, launching on May 30. This update brings Banished themed cosmetics as well as a cosmetic store to unlock previously available items. Additionally, a major change was made to an iconic weapon from the franchise, meeting fan demand since the game’s launch.
